Kofi is a team leader within the Transportation Access and Mobility Group at the Atlanta
Regional Commission.
Kofi’s team includes several transportation planners who
specialize in active modes, transit capacity expansion, freight and logistics,
transportation systems management and operations/transportation technology, livability,
data management, and transportation equity. Kofi has participated in numerous
Transportation Research Board (TRB) research panels and is the current chair of the
Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations Technical Committee. Kofi holds a
Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Georgia
Tech, as well as a law degree from Georgia State University. He is a member of the
Georgia Bar and American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
